I acknowledge that students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion.

I understand that only 15% of sessions can be missed; any additional absence will still be counted as attended sessions for record purposes.

I agree that the course must be completed within the specified training validity period.

I understand that PINNACLE reserves the right to change the mode of learning (online/offline/hybrid) due to any operational or unforeseen reasons.

I acknowledge that PINNACLE reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone sessions when necessary.

I agree that session freezing is allowed with applicable charges: • AED 50 for freezing up to 2 weeks • AED 100 for freezing up to 1 month
