Terms and Conditions

PINNACLE INNOVATION AND EDUCATION FZ LLC (here after “PINNACLE”) maintains https://pinnacleeducation.ae website (here after “Site”).  By visiting on this site or registering with us as a student/partner/service provider/contractor/freelancer/trainer/affiliation body or what so ever, you are agreeing the following Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions are subject to change time to time. Kindly visit our website to be aware of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are in effect from 1st of September, 2020.

REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the start of the course.
  • Registration and material are excluded from the general course fees.
  • If students do not attend a scheduled lesson, it cannot be rescheduled and it will be considered as taken.
  • PINNACLE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Students must attend at least 75% of the course and fulfil the course requirements to receive Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.
  • Group sessions cannot be rescheduled by the student.
  • A group course must be joined within 2 months, unless delayed due to special circumstances
  • Privy (One-to-One) and Huddle (Semi-private for 3 to 4 learners) of 20 hours must be completed within 12 weeks.
  • Privy (One-to-One) and Huddle (Semi-private for 3 to 4 learners) of 10 hours must be completed within 6 weeks.
  • Privy (One-to-One) and Huddle (Semi-private for 3 to 4 learners) students must inform the Institute at least 24 hours prior to the cancellation or rescheduling of a session otherwise it will be counted as taken.
  • You may receive occasional updates from PINNACLE through email or SMS with pertinent information about courses or offers. Please inform our customer support in case you unsubscribe to these alerts.
  • Marketing Campaigns of Special Offers with discounts are applicable on course fees only, payments must be made as per terms and conditions of the campaign and for courses starting on or after the mentioned date.
  • Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers.
  • Discount does not apply to registration fee, books/material, audio CDs, PINNACLE deals, Workshops, transportation and certificates.
  • The ‘UAE Executive Regulations of the Federal Decree-Law on Value Added Tax (VAT)’ have been published and VAT will be charged across the UAE at a standard rate of 5%.
  • Please note that the fees charged on all goods or services by PINNACLE will be subject to VAT as prescribed under the Federal Decree-Law No. (8) Of 2017 on value added taxes.
  • PINNACLE’s decision on all matters related to any offer shall be final, binding and cannot be challenged.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Cancellation in 7 or more days before the start of course = 100% refund of the course fee
  • Cancellation in 6 or fewer days before the start of the course = no refund
  • Cancelling attendance after the start of a group course forfeits the right to claiming any refund or attending a different course
  • The course payment will be valid for 6 months. After that, it will be considered as expired.
  • Cancelling an ongoing Privy (One-to-One) and Huddle (Semi-private for 3 to 4 learners) course forfeits the student’s right to claiming any refund. A credit note can be issued, valid for 2 months if the course hasn’t expired yet. It is the student’s responsibility to request and collect the credit note from the institute within 2 months of the start of the course.
  • Credit notes or refunds will not be issued for individual sessions missed in a group class, and these hours are not exchangeable for Privy (One-to-One) sessions.
  • A credit note is not transferable. It can be used for an alternative schedule, course option or a different service of the same value.
  • If the course is postponed or cancelled by PINNACLE, it is possible to avail a 100% refund of the course fee.
  • Registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Books and other learning materials that are used will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • The number of days to process a refund will be 45 working days.

Photography and Video:

Occasionally, PINNACLE takes photographs and videos which may be used to help promote our training courses and also to help students learning online. By booking a course/event you are confirming that you are aware of this and have no objections to your picture, voice or video appearing in any of the materials issued by PINNACLE after the course. However, if for any reason you do not wish PINNACLE to use your image, voice or video, please let us know. Recording and photography by students or anybody is not permitted at any PINNACLE courses or training premises for any purpose whatsoever.

Class Conduct – Rules and Regulations

  • Students are not allowed to record using any photographic, audio or video device during the class.
  • Students are requested to switch off their mobile phone or keep it on silent mode once the class has commenced.
  • Students are requested to assist in ensuring that PINNACLE campus remains litter-free, safe and a healthy working environment.
  • The classroom and offices of PINNACLE is non-smoking zones.
  • PINNACLE reserves the right to terminate the Program enrolment of any Student acting in a manner that impairs, interferes with, or obstructs the orderly conduct, process, or functioning of the Program. In such a case, there will be no refund of the Program fees.
  • If students are using the rooms in a third-party venue for self-study, they must abide by the venue’s policies or they may lose the privileges to use these facilities.

 Termination of Registration

  • PINNACLE reserves the right to terminate the registration of the Student should he/she fail to comply with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
  • The decision of the management will be final and abiding.

 Personal Injury

  • PINNACLE is not responsible for any injury caused by or to the Student or any other person by the Student, nor for the loss or damage to any personal property of the Student or caused by the Student arising from participation in the Program, attendance at PINNACLE’s premises or from the activities of training.
  • The Student agrees to participate in the Program at his or her own risk and agrees to release PINNACLE, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claim which the Student might otherwise, be able to make.

Limitation on Damages

  • PINNACLE’s maximum liability relating to services under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount paid to PINNACLE by the Student.
  • The customers using the website if are Minor / under the age of 18, shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Payment Policy

  • PINNACLE accepts online payments from Visa and Mastercard in AED only.
  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email/SMS within 48 working hours of receipt of payment. In case, you failed to get the confirmation, please contact us.
  • PINNACLE will not trade with or provide our services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

CORPORATE COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Full payment or signed agreement is required in advance to confirm the start date and commence the training.
  • Groups may not reschedule lessons, unless it is with the consensus of all participants and with enough notice.
  • At least 48-hour notice must be provided to the course coordinator at PINNACLE for cancellations or re-scheduling, else the session will be counted as taken.
  • If participants do not attend a lesson, the session will still be counted as taken.
  • Make up lessons won’t be arranged if participants miss any sessions.
  • Participants must attend at least 75% of the course and fulfil the course requirements to receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
  • PINNACLE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refund policy applies as per terms and conditions of the agreed training contract.

Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance to the Laws and Regulations of the UAE.
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
