TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

* The client confirms that they have read the course outline and ensures that he/she is suitable for the course.
 
*As per PINNACLE’s Payment policy, full payment of the course fee is collected before the commencement of the course start date, for us to conduct the training effectively.  We do not provide trainings on credit basis.

*Terms of Payment: 100% payment to be transferred to the company’s bank account before 7 working days of the training start date.
a. Modes of Payment: Bank Transfer, Cash Payment, Credit Card and Cheque 
b. Cheque to be issued in the name of “PINNACLE Innovation and Education  FZ LLC”

*The course fee covers training materials, lunch and refreshment.

Travel and/or accommodation arrangement are the responsibility of the client.

*According to PINNACLE’s Intellectual property and Confidentiality policy, training content is shared to the clients only after the enrollment and full payment of the course fee is done.

*In the event of there being insufficient number of delegates booked onto a course, PINNACLE reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In such a case, a client may either send the delegate to an alternative course or request for a full refund of the paid course fee.

*All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.
*Substitution of delegate will be accepted on the condition that written notification has been received by PINNACLE. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the substitute delegate is suitable for the course.

*Cancellation or Postponement Policy. The following charges will apply in case of cancellation: 
a. 15 days prior to the course - No charge 
b. 6 to 14 days prior to the course- 50% of the total invoice value would be charged 
c. Less than or equal to 5 days prior to the course -100% of the total invoice value would be charged.
d. Failure to attend or no show- 100% of the total invoice value would be charged.

Note
This is a hands-on training course using laptops,  participants are required to bring their own laptops with a fully working version of Microsoft Excel 2013/2016.
