* This policy applies for all reasons within or beyond any party's control and/or force majeure situations, which could result in cancellation or advancement/postponement of Classes or changes in teaching modes and methodologies, for whatever reasons. However, without prejudice to its rights, PINNACLE Innovation and Education may offer appropriate alternatives to its students.
* Non-utilization of such alternatives will not cast any liability on PINNACLE Innovation and Education nor entitle the Students to claim any refunds in lieu thereof. PINNACLE Innovation and Education will aim to resolve all issues regarding requests for Refunds in a fair and equitable manner. On all matters relating to Refunds, the decision of PINNACLE Innovation and Education Management shall be final.
* If students do not attend a scheduled session, it cannot be rescheduled and it will be considered as taken.
* PINNACLE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances.
* Students must attend at least 75% of the course and fulfil the course requirements to receive Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.
